My involvement of sound meditation began during one of life's most challenging chapters. When my musician father was diagnosed with lung cancer at just 48. I found solace and strength in the sacred space of sound baths. These experiences became my refuge, offering peace when words couldn't reach the depths of what I was feeling.
After my father passed a year later, I felt a profound calling to honor his musical legacy while following my own authentic path. This led me on a transformative solo journey to India, where I completed a 100-hour Nada Yoga course to become a sound practitioner. This pilgrimage was more than training—it was a reconnection with myself and an awakening to ancient wisdom that would reshape my understanding of sound's power.
Raised by artists, creativity has always flowed through my veins, but it's only now that I feel deeply connected to this particular path of sound. My practice weaves together the techniques I learned in India with my own unique expression, creating mystical and ethereal sound journeys for each participant.
I craft immersive sonic landscapes using my voice alongside carefully chosen instruments: a magnificent 34" gong, ocean drum, tuning forks, crystal bowls, and quartzophone. Each instrument is selected to create layers of vibration and frequency that guide participants into their own unique inner journey.
My sessions are designed as invitations to explore the transformative power of sound, to find your own path to peace, and to experience the profound connection between vibration and the soul. I'm honored to share this practice with our community, carrying forward the love of sound that connects us all.
